The “88S-STUDIO-2” now features an often requested insert/loop for the usage with a power attenuator, soak or load box of sorts. It can be utilised with any given amp/speaker combination possible.
The all new Ampete “8FX” brings in FX loop switching and MIDI functionality to the 88S system, and it couldn’t be easier to use. It connects to the 88S-STUDIO (or 88S-STUDIO-2) via Cat5 cable and – if selected – automatically switches the effect loop of the selected amp to your effect units or effect rig. The entire 88S system can now be controlled via MIDI program change or control change presets.
